Use account IDs from Admin. Publish = selected vendor; read = selected client. Creating grants Custom access to those named accounts.
Deliver a forecast release
Upload a JSON file with name, currency, methodology and monthly/annual processed rows. Each row needs period, zone, asset and metrics. Hourly prices are not accepted.

Template numbers are illustrative. Prices/spreads use currency/MWh; hosting/load/generation use MW. Accepted metrics: energy_price, tb4, spark_spread, solar_capture, wind_capture, load_hosting_mw, generation_hosting_mw, demand_mw, generation_mw.
Forecasts are attributed to the delivering vendor. WattView hosts delivery and analysis; the vendor's forecasting services are contracted separately.
